- Procedure:
- Apply a clear base coat, as you would with a normal manicure.
- While the polish is still wet, take a pinch of glitter with your other hand and sprinkle it over the nail.
- Tap off the excess and wipe your cuticles clean.
- Apply a clear base coat again.
