HOW:

1. Prepare your work surface. Put towels down get vinyl or dye gloves.
2. Mix a reasonable amount of oxidizing lotion and hair bleach powder in a container.
3. Apply to the hair with a brush or toothbrush.
4. Leave the product in your hair for 30 mins  For best results leave in for a while.
5. Wash the dye out in the shower with lukewarm water and use only a conditioner.
6. Enjoy, let your hair air dry or if you blow dry it then leave the dryer on a low setting.
